At 3.10 by Guggi, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Please review our policy carefully:

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products once sold. All sales are considered final.
  2. Damaged Products

    • If your product arrives damaged, you may contact us for assistance.
    • Email us at 3.10byguggi@gmail.com with:
      • Photos of the damaged product.
      • Details of the issue.
  3. Damage Assessment & Resolution

    • Upon receiving your email, we will arrange for a pickup of the damaged product.
    • Once the product is received and verified by our team, and the damage is confirmed to be authentic, you will have two options:
      • Replacement: We will send you a new product.
      • Refund: If you prefer, a refund will be initiated.

  4. Replacement/Refund Timeline

    • The replacement or refund process will commence only after the damaged product has been received and assessed by our team. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the issue.

  5. Returns/Exchange is not applicable for international shipments due to export & duty regulations by the Govt. of India

CANCELLATION

You may normally cancel the order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch by writing to us at 3.10byguggi@gmail.com with your order details. Once the product has been shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 15 working days.

We do not entertain shipping address change requests once the order is dispatched.
